What is it?

Living Story is a 1:1 or group session for anyone navigating grief, addiction, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and other layered experiences. These sessions are intuitively designed to set shame free in service to what's true — our divine right to exist, evolve, and express.

Who is it for?

The beloved Misfits, Mystics, Outsiders, and Path-makers. The ones who challenge the mainstream narrative, and those who hold space for their becoming.

What does it look like?

1:1 Sessions: In person or online

Unpack the unique story of your life, what is alive, and what is demanding to be let go of in a transformative, one-on-one session. You will be held in full presence, invited into new ways of seeing, and witnessed in the fullness of your being, so that you step into who you’ve always been.

$55 / per session

Group Sessions: In person or online

These sessions give participants a unique opportunity to share honestly, so that they can transform personal pain into collective resilience. Here, we bear witness to how our stories weave in the shared experience of being human.

The first day begins with introductions, intention setting, and workshop agreements before moving through exercises that encourage internal integrity, communication, and active witnessing. Participants are guided through the framework of non-violent communication (NVC) and challenged to create an original piece of writing.

On day two, we begin with an inquiry about the challenge, build a collective altar, participate in a reading ceremony, and close our time together in reflection. Finally, members of the group are invited to submit their recording to an online collection of living stories available to the wider community.
